What vehicle classes do you offer?

We offer you exclusive vehicles in four premium categories:

Are your chauffeurs trained?

All our chauffeurs undergo regular training and have extensive driving safety and service knowledge as well as all required licenses (passenger transport permit).

Are English-speaking chauffeurs available?

Yes, our chauffeurs naturally speak German and English to provide you with the best possible service.

How do you guarantee discretion and privacy?

Our chauffeurs are specially trained to be discreet and professional. Your privacy is always our top priority.

What is the maximum number of people that can be transported?

Depending on the chosen vehicle category, we can comfortably and stylishly transport up to 7 people.

Booking Payment

How can I book a ride?

For quick and easy bookings, it’s best to use our online booking form. For more complex bookings or individual requests, we are happy to assist you by phone or email.

Is there a special service for business customers?

Yes, we offer tailored business services specifically for managers and CEOs. We naturally take into account company-internal NDAs and guarantee the highest level of discretion. Thanks to direct contact with your chauffeur, short-term changes can be implemented quickly and easily.

Are individual special requests possible?

Of course! Simply let us know your wishes when booking – we will do our best to fulfill your personal preferences.

Can I book at short notice?

Yes, short-notice bookings are possible, but depend on current availability. For last-minute requests, please contact us by phone or email – we will attend to your request as quickly as possible.

What payment options do you offer?

We naturally accept all common payment methods, including bank transfer and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). For business customers, we also offer individual invoicing upon request.

What are the cancellation terms?

Our flexible cancellation policy for transfer rides allows you to cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the journey.

Can I adjust my schedule myself?

Absolutely! Your individual schedule is our highest priority, and we flexibly adapt to your wishes and appointments. For maximum flexibility, consider using our service as an hourly or daily booking.

Do you also offer rides for private parties or event shuttles?

Yes, we offer exclusive vehicles and specially trained chauffeurs for events and private celebrations.

Is hourly booking possible?

Of course, our limousines and chauffeurs are also available on an hourly basis – according to your individual needs.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome guests after prior consultation.

Do you offer discounts or special prices?

At GenericProductName, exclusivity and the highest service standards are our focus. We deliberately refrain from offering discounts to ensure the value and quality of our services at all times. However, our regular customers benefit from special privileges such as preferred booking, free vehicle upgrades (subject to availability), and individual support. Because luxury doesn’t mean price reduction – it means preferential treatment.

Comfort Equipment

Do your vehicles have Wi-Fi?

Our vehicles are equipped with the latest technology, including free Wi-Fi where available.

Are your limousines air-conditioned?

Yes, all our vehicles have comfortable air conditioning.

May I smoke in the vehicle?

Out of consideration for all passengers, smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.

May I bring drinks or food into the vehicle?

In principle, this is certainly possible after prior arrangement. However, we ask you to be mindful of cleanliness and consideration for other guests.

Are drinks and snacks available on board?

Generally, complimentary mineral water is available in all vehicles. We are happy to fulfill requests for snacks or specific drinks after prior consultation.

Regional availability

In which cities do you offer your service?

Our service is primarily available in Berlin and the surrounding area. Upon request, we are happy to offer nationwide or international trips in cooperation with our partners.

Are transfers to more distant destinations possible?

Certainly, we are also happy to organize long-distance transfers and long-haul trips individually according to your wishes.

Communication Contacts

Can I receive my chauffeur's contact details in advance?

We usually send the driver’s details about 48 hours before the trip. For important trips or by prior arrangement, it is of course possible to provide you with the contact details earlier – often directly with the booking confirmation.

Is there a direct communication option with the driver?

Yes, you have the option to communicate directly with your chauffeur at any time – for example, by phone, SMS, or messenger (WhatsApp, Signal, etc.) – to easily coordinate short-term changes or individual requests. Complicated communication via apps or hotlines is not necessary with us.

Airport Transfers

How long does my chauffeur wait for pickups (airport, train station)?

At the airport, your chauffeur will wait for 60 minutes as standard; longer waiting times are possible by arrangement. At train stations and other pickup locations, the chauffeur usually waits for 15 minutes but never departs without prior consultation with you or the passenger.

Do you also offer VIP service at the airport?

Yes, we offer exclusive VIP options such as personal reception, fast-track access, and discreet VIP support for a first-class travel experience without waiting times.

What happens if I have more luggage than planned?

Please inform us in advance about additional luggage so that we can provide you with a suitable vehicle. If the luggage doesn’t fit in the booked vehicle, we will be happy to work with you to find a solution.

What happens in case of flight delays?

We actively track your flight times and adjust your pickup accordingly – so you don’t need to worry. For longer delays, waiting time costs may apply depending on availability.
