Conditions for bookings, cancellations, waiting times and additional services
Cancellation Policy
Transfer & Hourly Bookings
- Up to 24 hours before departure: free of charge
- Less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: 100% of the fare
Full-Day Bookings
- Up to 24 hours before departure: free of charge
- Less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: 100% of the fare
Event Bookings
- Up to 7 days before the event: free of charge
- Less than 7 days before the event: 75% of the agreed price
- Less than 24 hours before the event or no-show: 100% of the agreed price
No-Show Policy
Airport Pick-ups and Transfer Bookings
If the passenger does not appear within the agreed pick-up time (including any agreed waiting time), the full fare is payable.
Hourly Bookings
In the event of a no-show within the agreed time frame, the full price remains due. The service provider will wait at the pick-up location until the end of the booked duration, unless otherwise agreed.
Waiting Time Policy
Airport Pick-ups
Waiting time begins upon the actual landing time of the aircraft.
- Domestic flights: 30 minutes free of charge, then billed in 15-minute increments.
- International flights: 45 minutes free of charge, then billed in 15-minute increments.
For flight delays exceeding 30 minutes, additional charges may apply for the extended provision of the vehicle.
Charges per 15-minute increment:

Transfer Bookings
The first 15 minutes are free of charge, after which billing applies per commenced 15-minute increment.
Hourly Bookings
The service provider will wait until the end of the booked time. Extensions are available as "extra time".
Extra Time Policy
Transfer Bookings
Additional waiting time is billed in 15-minute increments at the rate of the booked vehicle class.
Hourly Bookings
Extensions ("extra time") are only available in full hours and are billed at the original hourly rate.
Special Requests & Additional Services
- Additional services (e.g. excess luggage, intermediate stops, language requirements) are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
- Please contact our customer service in advance.
- Bookings on behalf of third parties: The person making the booking remains responsible for all additional costs.
Trips Outside the Service Area
Trips outside the city limits may incur additional charges (tolls, return journey costs).
Vehicle Classes
- Please observe the restrictions regarding passenger capacity and luggage allowance.
- Complimentary upgrades may be offered in the event of short-notice unavailability (Business to Premium or Luxury).
- Vehicle images are for illustration purposes only and do not guarantee a specific vehicle model.
Refusal of Service in Case of Unlawful Use
The service provider reserves the right to refuse services if unlawful use is suspected.
Obligations of the User and Passenger
Pick-up and Arrival Times
Arrival times are not guaranteed; traffic conditions and safety regulations take precedence. Platinum Shuttle accepts no liability for consequential damages resulting from delayed arrival.
Prevention of Transport by the User
If the service cannot be fulfilled due to missing information on the part of the user, the full fare remains payable.
Conduct in the Vehicle
Smoking is prohibited, seat belts are mandatory, and the vehicle must be treated with care. The service provider may terminate the journey in the event of inappropriate conduct; the full fare remains payable, and the service provider may claim compensation for damages.
Duty of Care
Passengers are required to exercise due care when entering and exiting the vehicle in accordance with Section 14 of the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) and are fully liable for any damages resulting from non-compliance.
