This browsing data is never disclosed to third parties. Processing serves solely to establish and maintain the technical connection during web browsing.

Your data is used by Platinum Shuttle in anonymised form to:

  • identify and resolve technical or process-related disruptions and problems,
  • prevent unlawful use of our service (e.g. fraudulent bookings, cyber attacks).

Stored log files are deleted or anonymised as soon as they are no longer required. Platinum Shuttle retains log files beyond this period only insofar as you have consented or statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Cookies, Pixels and Similar Technologies

When using Platinum Shuttle, cookies, pixels or similar technologies may be used. Cookies are small text files and pixels are small image files that may be stored on the user's device.

During your visit, Platinum Shuttle sets essential cookies that are technically necessary, improve functionality or make usage more user-friendly (e.g. language, login status).

In addition, Platinum Shuttle uses its own cookies or cookies from advertising partners to improve our service or to measure and evaluate advertising. Where possible, evaluation is carried out in pseudonymised or anonymised form.

You can prevent the storage of cookies at any time in your browser settings and delete existing cookies. However, this may result in individual functions not being available or being available only to a limited extent.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) (consent) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

7. Specific Provisions for the Platinum Shuttle Apps

The Platinum Shuttle apps provide an alternative means of accessing our service. When using the app, Platinum Shuttle may additionally access data such as device name, manufacturer, model, operating system version, app version or SDK version.

You will only receive push notifications if you have consented to them on your device.

A separate "Driver App" is provided for employees and cooperation partners. For the purpose of fulfilling orders, this app transmits, among other things, the guest's name, the date and time of the transfer, flight data, and pick-up and destination addresses. After completion of the journey, the data is automatically deleted.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
