General Terms & Conditions

I. Scope of Application and Amendments

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to:

• the use of the website www.platinumshuttle.de and all associated websites and apps (the "Platform"),
• all orders and arrangements for chauffeur, mobility and logistics services ("Services") placed via the Platform, by email or by telephone,
• the provision of the ordered Services by Platinum Shuttle or its cooperation partners.

Platinum Shuttle reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. Amendments will be communicated to users by email and shall be deemed accepted if the user does not object within four weeks. Users will be expressly informed of their right to object and the applicable deadline in the notification.

II. Registration and Conclusion of Contract

Use of the Platform requires registration, which is free of charge and requires acceptance of these GTC. Registration is carried out via the Platform or by telephone. The contract is concluded upon confirmation by email from Platinum Shuttle. There is no entitlement to registration.

The user undertakes to provide complete and accurate information and to keep it up to date at all times. Registration may only be carried out by natural persons with full legal capacity or by authorised representatives of legal entities. Multiple registrations are not permitted.

III. User Obligations

The user undertakes to keep their access credentials confidential and not to make them available to third parties. The user is liable for all activities carried out through their account, unless they are not responsible for the misuse. Suspected cases of misuse must be reported immediately.

The user may not impair the integrity of the Platform or block or modify any content. Platinum Shuttle assumes no liability for the permanent availability of stored data; users are responsible for maintaining their own archives.

IV. Conclusion and Assignment of Contract

Individual contracts for Services are concluded via the Platform, by email or by telephone. Platinum Shuttle decides whether a Service is provided directly or by a cooperation partner.

Platinum Shuttle is entitled to assign concluded contracts to cooperation partners and will inform the user in due time by email.

V. Cancellations and Waiting Times

Cancellations are subject to the conditions published on the website under Booking Conditions.

Cancellations must be made via the Platform, by email or by telephone. Platinum Shuttle will confirm cancellations by email.

VI. Fees, Payment Terms and Invoicing

All prices include statutory value added tax. Payments are made using the payment methods agreed on the Platform or as separately arranged. Invoices are generally sent electronically and are due within 7 days of receipt.

Additional services (e.g. waiting time, extra kilometres) will be charged separately. In the event of early termination of a journey, the agreed fee remains payable less any expenses saved.

VII. Liability

Platinum Shuttle and its cooperation partners bear unlimited liability in cases of intent, gross negligence, and for damage to life, body or health.

For slight negligence, liability arises only in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable and typical contractual damages. Platinum Shuttle is not liable for services provided by third parties.

VIII. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (e.g. severe weather, technical failures) preventing the provision of the Service or the operation of the Platform, the obligation to perform shall cease.

In such cases, Platinum Shuttle will endeavour to provide an alternative solution.

IX. Final Provisions

German law shall apply exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for merchants is Berlin. All declarations must be made in text form.

Should any individual clause be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected (severability clause).
