Messe Berlin, CityCube and hub27 form a large campus with event-specific access routes. We agree the practical entrance and pickup point according to accreditation, programme location and daily schedule before service begins.
For teams staying at different hotels, recurring transfers and individual executive journeys can be separated within one coordinated setup. This reduces unnecessary waiting and keeps vehicle capacity aligned with the actual schedule.

Questions about ESMO and medical congress chauffeur service
A future Berlin edition of the main ESMO Congress has not yet been officially confirmed. ESMO Congress 2025 took place in Berlin from 17–21 October 2025, followed by ESMO Breast Cancer 2026 from 6–8 May 2026. We will update this page once a new Berlin date is officially announced.

Yes. Depending on participant numbers, we plan individual limousines, vans or several vehicles operating in parallel. Hotel locations, congress hours, exhibition duties and evening appointments are combined in a coordinated transport plan.
Yes. In addition to the exhibition grounds, hotels, hospitals, company locations, restaurants and external venues can be included. Pickup points and operational contacts are agreed before service begins.
Yes. A vehicle can be provided for agreed time windows on one or several congress days. A coordinated multi-vehicle setup is also possible for different guests or parallel schedules.
For an initial proposal, the congress days, hotels, approximate participant numbers, daily service hours, known flight details and planned external appointments are sufficient. Participant lists and final itineraries can be added later.
