We typically send driver details approximately 48 hours before the ride. For important rides or by prior arrangement, it is possible to provide contact details earlier – often directly with the booking confirmation.

Airport & Transfers
At the airport, your chauffeur waits for 60 minutes as standard; longer waiting times are available by arrangement. At train stations and other pickup locations, the chauffeur typically waits 15 minutes but will never leave without prior consultation with you or the passenger.
