How Our Hotel Transfer Works
Booking through the hotel:
Many of our partner guests book directly through the concierge. The hotel contacts us, we confirm within 30 minutes — including evenings and weekends.
Direct booking by the guest:
Guests can also book directly with us. We simply ask for the hotel, room number and desired pickup time.
On the day of transfer:
1. Our chauffeur arrives 10 minutes before the agreed time at the hotel entrance
2. The vehicle is ready — air-conditioned, with chilled water
3. The concierge informs the guest of the vehicle's arrival
4. The chauffeur takes the luggage and opens the door
5. Drive to the airport or next appointment — discreet and punctual
Check-in transfer (arrival):
On arrival, we collect the guest from BER (Meet & Greet in the arrivals hall) and bring them directly to the hotel. The concierge is informed of the estimated arrival time — so the room is ready.
