How We Plan Your Roadshow

1. Briefing (1–2 weeks ahead):
You share the participant list, stations, schedule and special requirements. We create a minute-by-minute transfer plan with vehicle assignments, chauffeur briefings and alternative routes.

2. Vehicle coordination:
For delegations of 6+ people, we typically deploy multiple vehicles — e.g. 2 × S-Class for executives and 1 × V-Class Exclusive for the delegation. All vehicles are centrally coordinated through our dispatch.

3. Chauffeur briefing:
Each chauffeur receives the complete schedule with stations, contacts, parking options and emergency numbers. Our chauffeurs know Berlin's business districts — from the government quarter to Adlershof.

4. Live coordination on the day:
Our dispatcher monitors all vehicles in real time. If there are delays at one station, all subsequent pickup times are automatically adjusted. The client notices nothing — they experience only seamless service.
